In order to promote the highest standards of quality and integrity among testing professionals for building air tightness and ductwork tightness professionals, AIVAA recommends that its members submit the following Standard Disclosure form along with test results to clients. This form is meant to disclose any potential conflicts of interest in the test results, highlight our members’ integrity, and promote trust in the process of testing and verification.
